Delivery Policy

Our terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries made between Laline Georgia and the customer on the website laline.ge .

1 order delivery

1.1. If the buyer requests delivery of an order through the Laline Georgia/Laline Georgia service, the order will be delivered to the address specified by the user on the Laline.ge website.

1.2. The Customer is obliged to be able to receive calls on the phone number that he/she indicated when using the Laline Georgia service. If the phone number indicated by the Buyer cannot be reached, the delivery may be canceled by Laline Georgia and the Buyer may be required to pay the full cost of the order.

1.3. The buyer can specify that the order be delivered as quickly as possible (standard delivery method) or order in advance and indicate a specific delivery time.

1.4. The order is delivered within the territory of Georgia via the relevant postal service determined by Laline Georgia or without it.

1.5. The cost of the order is determined in accordance with the prices set by the relevant postal service provider.

2. Delivery time

2.1. After the order is confirmed by Laline Georgia, the order will be delivered to the relevant postal service provider for delivery to the customer within 2 business days in Tbilisi and 5 business days in the regions.

2.2. The delivery time of the purchased products to the customer, which is communicated to the customer, is only an estimated time. There is no guarantee that the order will be delivered at the specified time. The delivery time of the products may be affected by factors such as traffic jams, rush hours, other force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of Laline Georgia.
